Fiber cement blanket, also known as concrete cloth, is a three-dimensional fiber composite structure woven with polyethylene and polypropylene filaments. It is a soft cloth impregnated with special cement. It will react with water and harden into a thin waterproof and fireproof durable concrete layer.
Product application features:
1. Rapid solidification molding. Once hydration reaction occurs in watering, the shape of cement blanket can still be processed within 2 hours, and the hardening strength can reach 80 percent within 24 hours. It can also adopt special formula to achieve rapid solidification or delayed solidification according to user requirements.
2. Protect the ecological environment. Cement blanket is a low-carbon technology. The amount of materials used is 95 percent less than that of common concrete. Its alkali content is very low and the scouring rate is very low. Therefore, it has little impact on the local ecology.
3. Flexible applicability: the cement blanket has good suspension performance and can cover the complex shape of the object surface. The cement blanket before solidification can be cut at will with ordinary hand tools.
4. High material strength. The fibers in the cement blanket can enhance the strength of the material, prevent cracking, and absorb impact energy to form a stable structure.
5. Long term durability. The cement blanket will not decompose under ultraviolet light and has good resistance to sunlight
6. Excellent waterproof and fireproof characteristics. The bottom of the cement blanket is lined with PVC to make it completely waterproof and enhance the chemical resistance of the material. The cement blanket has good flame retardant performance, and the smoke is very small when on fire, and the emission of dangerous gases is very small
